STR management services may include, as agreed in the applicable contract: coordination of property operations, guest communications support, and administrative activities related to the rental process.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

You acknowledge that STR performance depends on factors outside our control (including market demand, platform policies, pricing decisions, seasonal variations, and property condition). We do not guarantee specific occupancy rates, revenues, or results unless explicitly stated in the contract.

4. Remote contracting and required information

When you request services remotely/online, you must be able to review the transaction terms before agreeing to them.
